Hi, I tried out this new series and really enjoyed it. The slower pace allows me to concentrate on mind to muscle movement! The host at the end of each day mentions that there is a cardio based workout to rev up the metabolism but I can not find it. There are the week 1,2,3 each with the 5 workouts ,day1,2 etc but no burnouts...am I looking in the wrong place?🤔
Check the very last five videos of the challenge, which are located after week three! There are burnouts 1 to 5 which you should use with the corresponding day!
