I just started the level-up program and was able to get through the first day of exercises without issue. I was looking ahead and noticed that when I get to strength #2 there are a few exercises that require jumping. Are there specific modifications for the cardio jumping jacks, spotty dog, climb the ladder and the one jump forward/2 back? In the past, I have replaced some of these exercises with mountain climbers but would like to know if there are other cardio strength moves I can do that are comparable to the ones that are actually performed. Guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
