Hi, do you have a couple of warm up and cool down routines that can be posted for pre & post workouts? I have been using the routine that was prepared for the intermediate bootcamp & mixing it up a bit I've been but doing it every day for 6 months so would love something new. Thank you!

Yeah, I always have to out source and find a warm up on YouTube. Super annoying.

i never warm up, and nothing ever happened to me. i stretch before i go to sleep and use a blackroll to work on the parts i trained hard but other than that. nothing :)
