I have high speed internet, but the videos have been buffering. Today as in other days I have waited over 5 minutes when the video hangs and is buffering. This has been happening since the video format was changed quite awhile back, which also does not allow for sound adjustment, along with using the keyboard arrow keys to move backwards and forwards in the progress bar. When this happens, I try the following: Turn airplane mode on- wait- then turn it off again to ensure wifi is not hung, close and restart my browser, try a different browser, check for OS and browser updates, and restart my computer. It doesn't do me any good to pay for a subscription when I can no longer watch the videos without them hanging for brief or long periods of time. Is there something else I should try to keep this from happening? Thanks in advance!

I have the same. I believe it is not your/ mine connection issue but might be an issue with their servers. Maybe they should increase capacity...
