I´m a beginner and just finished the beginner bootcamp. Also with starting the workouts I started kind of a low carb diet. Sometimes in one of the rest days I try to jog, but realy not worth mentioning cause not more than 2,5 to 3 km. I would like to go for more but I feel like I don´t have enough energy... Before I started I was able to run 5 to 7 km.
Now I started the Level Up Challenge to get to a higher fitness level, hopeing to be able to do the intermediate after that. But already on the second day, my body or my muscles feel just so weak, that I´m not able to make even one push up from my knees. And especially my legs are so limp.
Am I doing something wrong, should I take more rest days between the workouts or could this feeling come from the missing carbs?
Does anyone here have an advice for me? I´m just afraid that I won´t be able to ceep going if I always feel that kind of weak...
