There are alot of awesome workout videos/guides in here, hence why I had wanted to subscribe but I am a little disappointed with the way it is set up. There is not much in guidance on how to get started; in the level appropriated or examples of a workout plan to follow. It is mainly spread out though categorized, I'm a little confused on where to start, which to continue or switch up with. I had just randomly started doing some...any suggestions?

I've been doing the Bodyrock workouts for many years on & off and I think that the best if you're a beginner is to do the beginner bootcamp or another proram for beginners. They have everything from warm ups to cool down and they explain everything. It's always hard in the beginning but you get hooked real fast :-) Just go 1 day at the time...
I just finished the Fast & furiously fit challenge 1 and I had a blast! There's even some coffee talk to guide you through with nutrition / life style...
