I really like training with BodyRock/Sweatflix and now I´m going to step up a level. But I have two questions.
1. I really appreciate to work with body weight but suddenly in the program i need to have equipment! And I find it difficult to find the programs with only body weight.
I need some guidance here.
2. I have a problem that all programs show higgledy-piggledy, The first program is in the middle, the second in the end and so on.. It takes time to find rigth section
I need some guidance here too
