I am just wondering if it's at all possible to add the workout breakdowns of the workouts below the videos which used to come below some of the workouts...like the 21 Day Bootcamp. Those always helped mentally and physically prepare me for each workout knowing ahead of time what the moves would be instead of having to watch the whole video ahead of time or pause and change weights, etc.

I also like having the PDFs that came with my other subscription. I like to watch the video, take notes, make adjustments and bring that to the gym. I find it too hard to follow along when trying to watch a video. Plus people are always asking me about the workouts and I can hand them my copy so they can check you out.
Just adding to what we like about having the breakdowns: i workout in my garage and the internet connection is horrible...videos are always freezing so it would be nice to have a breakdown to actually look at when this happens (which for me is almost always unfortunately) :(
Are you using the SweatFlix App? You can sync the workouts offline while you are near your wifi and you don't need internet when you are in the garage!
I do have the App but it still takes a while to sync the whole workout and then I could only have one video offline at a time for some reason. It was just more of a pain to be honest. It would be nice just to have the breakdown right there and ready.

I found knowing ahead of time what exercises we'd be doing helped me make sure I had the right amount of weights and space ready without having to fumble around in the short 10 second rests to prepare last minute. Sometimes the little intro the trainers give at the beginning of the workout is enough to help prepare the equipment and space but not always. Also, the workout breakdown helped me prepare mentally for the workout especially if I was really sore or tired from previous workouts...to know what was coming ahead of time helped me know how to pump myself up or know which exercises I'd have to take it a little easier in or push myself harder in. If it's at all possible to add, I found they were a great benefit.

I would also like to put in a vote for the workout breakdowns. I have "issues" -- knee pain, foot pain, that I need to find modifications for and like to plan my workouts before I start them. Having the breakdown and a list of the needed equipment ahead of time would be extremely helpful ... and also may determine whether I continue to subscribe. I am short on time and don't want to have to spend a lot of time trying to "preview" the video in order to determine what I can and can not do and will need to modify. That said -- love your content, so I hope you are able to add this feature! Thank you.
It would help us to have the workouts written with images, like darebee.com, to be able to repeat the workout without the video after getting the hang of it, then watch the videos to tune in to the details and check our pace etc. Thanks!

How is this process going? It's been a while and I don't see any new journals added. It is really a great help for me. I like to see and have something to hold that will allow me to not only be prepared but to follow along and also to keep track of what I'm doing. Thank y'all so much!
I really love them too! Just started the advanced bootcamp and the accompanying journal is amazing. I love the food one too, I just keep track in an old spiral notebook, but enjoy theirs so much more. Please add them to all the series!!

The workout breakdowns are great for the days that you want to crank up the music and kill your workout! I have to stop to listen to what the trainers are saying instead of keeping the flow and that is frustrating. Also, there are days that I like to pick my workout based on the moves. I went back to the Bodyrock site to look at RTC 1 and was inspired to do it again because of the breakdown. From a business perspective, i joined Sweatflix to get access to RTC and would be happy to have access to those breackdowns. There could be a link added to each of the workouts or a members only tab that gives you a breakdown. I personally don't care if there is a photo of each, I would just do a quick view of the video if I had questions.
Please add them, I keep track of my scores in a journal and its no fun pauzing and rewinding the video before a workout to write down the names of the exercises. If you could just simply summarize them underneath the video that would make things so much easier and efficient. Thanks a lot!
PLEASE PLEASE work on the workout breakdowns. It helps not only to preparing us mentally for the workout but it helps have equipment ready. It is great for when we want to continue to workout if we travel or something. We have it on our phones or have it written down. Like the hiitmax series was great. it had the breakdown if we wanted it printed out or having the exercise on the screen with the timer really helps too. I love the "layout" of that.

The Bootcamps and HIITMAX have pdf's that you can download/print I haven't searched the others as they were what I needed. I cannot access these through the ap, you have to go through the website. Do I really have to buy the workout breakdowns for the serie Results seperately, so are they not included in the regular monthly fee I already pay? Really?? Why don't you just summarize the exercises beneath the video and if people want to have more information they can buy the paper?
