Hello, I have no trouble streaming video from my computer or phone but via Roku is almost impossible to watch a full video without issues. The audio keeps going nut the video freezes. I have uninstalled the channel many times. Any other suggestion?
I have had the same problem. I have emailed them repeatedly and was told that there isn't anything they can do. I was told to contact this person, who told me to contact another person ,who told me to contact the first person, who told me that they are aware of the problem but I needed to talk to the second person, who told me nothing. It was a nice game of passing the blame and not actually resolving the problem.
Strange! I can't understand why it doesn't load correctly. I am wondering if I should let in run for a while and then rewind. Please post if you hear from someone.Thanks
That never works for me. I haven't contacted support again because they weren't exactly willing to help the first time.

With roku my videos keep skipping. This essentially takes all of the awesome away from the app. Can this be fixed? It ruins every workout.

Hi. My Roku won't skip anymore. Videos will not load at all on my Roku. Do I need to download a different channel? Or are you still able to use the VHX channel to see your videos on Roku?

I had to figure things out on my own too; customer service was no help. If anyone signed up prior to BR+ and was auto moved to Plus, you need to look up and install the new channel called BRPlus. VHX does not work anymore!
I just hope my videos on the new channel do not skip like others' Roku videos are.
