I was wondering if anyone has done the Beginner 2.0 series? I started to go work through it by day but I noticed some days are warm up and some are stretching only. Is there a certain way or order to go through it?
or a list somewhere of which workout is what? for ex. I found that Day 16 is a warm up, Day 17 is a stretch for after workout and others are mobility or conditioning. I thought I could just work through the series day by day but it seems this is not the case!!
Any tips?

Hi... it is kinda confusing because workouts are everywhere... if your just a beginner I would start out with either beginner bootcamp or something like that. Start off slow don't push it you will do great!

Thank you for your reply, but it didn't really answer my question. I have had sweatflixs for a few years and have done many of the workouts and bootcamps. I had taken some time off working out and coming back, specifically I am working through the Beginner 2.0 section.
I'm looking for answers or advice on those videos Day1-34 because they are not in order. I'd like to hear from someone who has experience with that specific program and knows which videos to do because they aren't in order like some of the other sections I have done.
