I am struggling to find replacements for some of the moves that use the challenger bars. For example the pull ups, and the tucks. Is there something around the house I could use? I have a barbell bell, and I have tried to place it on chairs and use it for some of the pull up moves but trying to arrange it in the 10 second rest between rounds takes to much time. I am running out of ideas for exercises to substitute, does anyone have suggestions until I can afford the challangers?
