Day 1 and loved it. Thought I was fitter than I actually am. 4 week programme is going to be an excellent starting point.
I just started the intermediate bootcamp yesterday after doing the beginners bootcamp. I walked away a little discouraged yesterday as I find the intermediate bootcamp to be difficult. I find it hard to push through the pain. Did you finish the intermediate bootcamp? How did you like it? Any advice? What was your progress? Thanks!
