Hello again!! I am ready to move to a good challenge, and there are so many great options to choose from, but I see there is equipment involved in a lot of them. I can't afford to purchase any type of equipment right now, but I NEED these work outs! I am an EMT and I am fighting to get back into shape so I can get back onto an Ambulance and save lives. Please help!!!
Hi! I've been doing BR workouts for a couple years now. I made a sandbag out of some totes and just filled with weights. I don't have the challenger bars, so to elevate I use my couch or a chair. My husband works with steel, so he made me a heavy bar to work with, but a lot of moves can also be done with single weights. I just recently got a balance trainer (on Amazon; not the bosu, but a cheaper version) Lots of moves can be modified :) Hope that helps some!
