Hello, I am in search pf my new gym practice for this year, tried so many workout, and they are either too long or too boring and repetitive so I am trying Sweatflix. It has so many videos that I will not get bored at all, but I am a bit overwhelmed on which one to pick. I tried the beginner and found it too easy, I am looking for a 30 minutes/day that I can add to my running routine. Any suggestion for schedule? thinking 1 day legs/butt, one day arms/abs and 1 HIIT....

Hello, I have kind of the same issue than Monica. I have already done the bootcamps. And I did the 14 seasons of Hiitmax. This las one was very helpful coz it had the week training in order, also it was performed by Lisa Marie, which is the instructor I connect the most. Can you help me to find some order ? I would like to continue with Liza Marie Hiit Max style of training 40 minutes max. There is a lot of material of her but rather long and without anyy order. Please help I love you guys
