So I know that HIIT workouts are designed to create maximum burn in a short amount of time, but sometimes I feel like I need a longer workout. Occasionally I like to string together 3-4 videos in a row, but I am not sure the best way to combine them for maximum impact. Any suggestions, thoughts, or ideas?
Hi Alyssa, have you seen the Live videos of Lisa's? Some of them are up to 50 minutes long! :) This will give you a real had start in terms of what a longer HIIT workout should look like. But if you're doing them right, you will have a really hard time going beyond 45-50 minutes. Most people can't do more than 30 minutes.

Haha yes, usually after a third video I am so beat, and if I get to a fourth I am barely able do the modified versions but I like to push myself sometimes, thanks for the link!
