I have always been an athletic person, karate, backyard sports, a lot of hiking and backpacking, but always wanted to lose a few pounds. In 2011 I started a working routine a few days a week started with the treadmill I hated it. Then came across Lisa’s YouTube videos and tried them and was addicted. I fell in love with this style of exercise I ended up increasing my routine to 5 days a week, then to everyday and have included the weighted vest and resistance bands. I have lost a lot of fat and have more muscle mass then ever before, I feel great and I am health. Sweatflix is my favorite app I open it everyday you all do a great job to bring a verity of workouts and having hundreds of videos to choose. I am so grateful for Body Rock and everyone who helps to get me closer to my goals and to Lisa Marie bringing awesome workouts that are challenging. I'm a competitive Middleweight Strongman and I was looking for something fun for my cardio days that would also be effective and help get the blood around to help my repairs and ligament strength. I've only done a few so far, but Lisa's workouts have been awesome. Thanks. Keep it up badass.
