What's great about most of the videos, the instructor will give alternative moves for beginner or more advanced. You can't really go wrong :-).
I have done the Beginners Bootcamp, and am on the 2nd round of the Intermediate Bootcamp. After that comes the Expert one, that has to be rough :)
The Advanced "ABC" is where I found my strength! Found myself throwing around a 20lb dumbbell for the single arm clean n press and it's so awesome! The 30-day real time challenge is my favorite set -they are long, but so worth it! :)
Hi all! Reannon, yep! You got it. A lot of people start with the Beginner, and actually in September we're adding a challenge that is one step up from Beginner, just before you start the Intermediate. Lots to choose from!
