I was thinking that on this forum we could work as progress partners for each other. Help work out what diet fits each of us and stick to it? I am good about working out but my diet tends to be where I have issues. Also we can give suggestions for "sticking to it" aka, help with approach? What does everyone think?
Good idea. I've been posting questions on the Bodyrock Insider (closed group) page on Facebook and have gotten lots of feedback. I think more folks are active there, but you could try it here, too.
I would be interested in that. I would rather post about those things on here than on Facebook where my friends and coworkers can see.
Hi guys! That's cool if you want to post in here too! I'm Claire, and I manage the BodyRock INSIDER group as well. I may not be as active on here but I'll try! :) The INSIDER group has over 500 people in it...and it's closed so friends and coworkers shouldn't be able to read anything you post in there.
But honestly whatever and wherever works for you, that's where you should post! :)
Heather, what's the biggest issue with your diet, do you think? Emotional eating? Beer? A partner who brings junk food into the house?
