I'm sure this has probably been addressed before but I can't seem to find the thread... How can I modify a move that is done with a towel or paper plate on tile so that it can be performed on carpet? I've tried the paper plate thing on carpet but it's less of a slide and more of a jerking motion. I usually fall back on mountain climbers but I feel like I would probably get more out of the workout if I could do it exactly the way she's showing it. Thanks!
