My calorie intake is supposed to be 1200 calories but if I follow the meal plan my protein intake is 90 which is more than what it is recommended 10-35%. Can anyone help me to figure this out???

The meal plan has been great! I feel a bit chained to the kitchen, but it has been worth it. I wish there were some lunches that were better for having at work or more on the go, quicker fix.

Hi guys, at BodyRock we don't really believe in counting calories, or sticking to a certain number of calories per day. We take a more holistic approach to health, by focusing on whether you are learning about what lean protein is, what kind of carbs is full of fiber or full of starch which is converted into glucose (which is basically like eating candy all day). We have found that calorie counters don't lead to a life of knowledgable eating. For example, you could eat tuna on crackers for lunch and stay below 300 calories, but where's the nutrients in that! I've ordered the meal plan and never received it. I have emailed three times and no response. I'm frustrated and want the plan or a refund.
