Hey Guys! So...my job is my second home, my home away from home...and it involves 8-10 hours per day of sitting. I infrequently walk around the building for 15-minute increments but am pretty sure that is not enough movement during my workday. I also take the stairs when I arrive at work and walk to talk to fellow coworkers as much as possible.
How do you guys handle a job that limits your physical capabilities? What's a good workaround knowing this is your daily routine? I've started to incorporate walks in the morning and evening workouts with Sweatflix! Otherwise, my activity is fairly low in comparison to most others.
Thoughts? Thanks! -jazz
