Hi all -- I cannot understand why Lisa is one move ahead of what we are supposed to be doing. Cant we just follow what she is doing at the same time? So confused!
I wonder the same thing. I just do what she's doing as well.
I was wondering that also, I try to do the one I am supposed too. Before I know it I am doing the exact same move.
Hi honey, so if you have been following a while you will know I train Real Time .. so you have a choice - you can just follow along as with usual videos and DVDs or you can train with me ... so you take the first move and i show you the next move you're going to do - this allows you to modify if needed and not miss any time trying to figure out the move :)
Thank you for your reply, Lisa! Would it be okay if I follow along with you and do the exercises as you do them? It helps me with my form if I can watch you and do the exercise as you are doing it. I usually watch the video through before I actually do the workout. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything. :)
