This week is my first week of trying to commit to a healthy lifestyle. I know that there are going to be days that are harder than others. So what I'm trying to ask is what gives you that drive to go keep going? In the past I've gotten discouraged with myself, but what keeps me going is the feeling of acomplishment and satisfaction once I complete my workout. I'm hoping this can be a thread that I can come back and reflect to push myself and to be inspired. Hope it does the same for others too.
