I am a beginner, very beginner, and I was doing the beginner boot camp with Edith, and I have a problem at day 16 she steps up on the chair, and I can not do that exercise for two reasons: I suffer badly from vertigo, and the chair I have are not flat. I tried to do one repeat and I was scared as hell*. So how can I substitute that exercise? Any idea?
*I had a tantrum, I stop the workout and is one week that I am doing nothing cause I am too scared.
