I’d like to know what I need for each workout of the 30 day RTC. Is there a printable list? Thank you!
For the RTC you'll need:
- Bar/Weights set
- Challenger Bars
- Stability Ball
- Yoga Mat
- jumping rope
You can also add in the weighted vest as an optional piece for extra added resistance.
I too would like a list with the exercises for that day so I can arrange my equipment around me properly. That would actually be a request for all the challenges. Available for members of course, but like a challenge breakdown with calendar

Hi Amy, I actually have a word document of RTC. It has the exercises and length of time, but you would still have to review to see what you needed. I'm happy to share my word doc.
I am just starting! Can you share this list and any alternatives to the equipment. I don't have the challenger bars yet and only own free weights for now. Ordered my vest! Cheers!
