Hi everyone! I already have a high level of fitness and good muscle for what I need to do, but over the years have lost muscle in my upper body and abs, and would like to become leaner. So I dont´t know what to follow as I have good fitness and stamina but I like the idea of HITting to supplement. Do you guys follow just one workout each day or do you mix and match various different ones? Like a HITmax and then an upper body as well or is it just one HIT a day?? (sounds like a drug..sorry..) If you're looking to tone up your abs and upper body, I'd recommend taking a look at the "Strong and Sexy Abs Challenge" as well as the "Real Strength Challenge". They follow a series, so you can do one each day.
