I love it It is quick and you get in and out and you are DONE! I do at least two a week along with running and other bodyrock videos
I did and really loved it! You can always modify the workouts if you need to. There are some that are hard on my shoulders and I only go through once... other days, I feel like I can go twice through. I was sweating like crazy!!
