I am sure this gets asked constantly! I read some other people's post, but they had a different situation.
I am very familiar with weights and a vest. However, I had some health issues and I haven't been lifting for about 8 months. I do hike and go to yoga. I also really want to use dumbbells in my workout and I don't think the beginner programs use any weights. Maybe I am wrong. I would love a set program. I almost purchased the intermediate bootcamp, but it would be great if I don't need to and I can find something on sweatflix.
Any Suggestions?
Thank you!
PS....I am 48 and I would like to lose about 10 lbs and see more definition.
Hiya! We have over 30 intense Challenges and Bootcamps in SweatFlix. Each one is between 5 and 21 days long, and we have one for every fitness level. If you follow along with just one 12 minute workout per day you will see massive changes in your body. High Intensity Interval Training is simply that effective: it's an innovative approach to fitness. The intense activity - rest - activity - rest cycle builds up more lactic acid in your muscles (which is what burns fat fast) than any other program.
As you may know, 80% of weight loss is a result of your diet. BodyRockers who follow our 30 Day Meal plan report to us that they've lost between 10 and 15 lbs in the first 2 weeks, because so many of the recipes include foods that help you reduce water retention, cleanse the enzymes and acids in your guts, and build muscle. The combination of these is the key to losing weight. Please check out our Meal Plan, which is available here: http://go.bodyrock.tv/oy4d
Hope that helps!
