When I click on certain workouts they wont play which significantly reduces the choices I have. I just finished Daily HIIT with mostly Jackie, but then I went to click on the icon with Sean and it wont play?
Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi Kim,
Are the workouts that aren't playing still part of the same Hiit series or a different series?
There are some workout packages that are available for purchase in the BodyRock store that can be watched in the SweatFlix app, but are not part of the subscription price.
Any more details would help with trying to decipher the issue.

Example: I finished Daily HIIT seasons 1,2,3,4 and tried to start season 5 and it won't play. HIIT Max won't play, Live work out series won't play? I don't get it?

I've signed up and paid for Sweatflix, however, there are so many videos that only show a 1 to 2 minute trailer. What's up with that?

If there's a specific type of workout you're looking for you can use the search bar at the top of SweatFlix to search for the equipment you want or the areas of the body you want to target.
