What sneakers do you use to train with Lisa's workout. I t looks like lisa uses Nike but which one. I dont want to get a running sneaker if she uses cross trainers but not sure which trainer she or anyone uses. Thx

i use Asics sneakers done for that kind of sport (fitness, hiit, ...) it is the asics fuzeX TR.
I really like it.

Anything that's not too bulky or cushiony, because you don't want to twist your ankle in one of the rapid moves - I actually do at least half of my workouts barefoot :)
