Few years ago I was in great shape, I was a gymnast for 9 years, after that worked out 5-6 times a week, did 2 rounds of p90x , I was feeling great, but things happened in my life , had some health problems too and now I found myself 20 ponds havier and out of shape, I am having such a hard time to get back into it, I feel like Givin up in few days every time I start, I need partners to communicate with every day and help each other, group of people to start together and succeed together, please let me know if your interested!
I am on Day 9 of beginner bootcamp and would like to encourage you - keep going even if you miss a day. Also, I’m keeping a daily log of my exercise, or if I don’t exercise, what I was doing that got in the way. Sometime the advance bodyrockers are intimidating but remember you will get there too. Everyone is a beginner at one point or another
