I have paid for the year but I cannot access anything. When I try to click on a video all I get is the option to start a free trial. I have emailed and sent messages in your little green text box. Have been trying to get this resolved since 12/6. If it can't be fixed can you please refund my money? Thanks

I am having the exact same problem. There no where to even contact someone directly. I'm extremely disappointed. I loved these workouts when they were available on youtube. I was willing to pay for the yearly subscription fee to continue to have them. But, they are useless when you can't get to them.
