I have currently been doing the Intermediate Bootcamp, I recently started physical therapy for a possible tear in my Rotator Cuff. I am kind of at a standstill because obviously the arms are used a lot. Any suggestions on workouts that do not have as much in arms (that way I could omit that part)? I was doing really well and now I am very frustrated at my set back.
Hi! I just recently had shoulder surgery, so I had similar questions. I found that just going to the workouts by body part was best for me. I could pick and choose to do just legs or core. That way I still got a good workout, but didn't have to use my arm and shoulder at all. I hope that helps!
