Hi! I am new to body rock and have a question for those who are more experienced. Because the workouts are about 12 minutes each (I have started with Body Accelerate - Intermediate), and I am aiming for an hour of exercise daily, I'm doing 2 rounds of 2 days finishing with the burnout of each corresponding day. And then ending with a BodyRock Yoga. So, today I did 2 rounds of Day 3 and 2 rounds of Day 4 with the burnout of each and then Day 2 of Beginner Yoga. Is this a good way to start? Or is there another recommendation? I like it so far. But I'm wondering what other suggestions people have.

Yes that is an excellent way to start and it's okay to mix the workout challenges to add more to your daily workouts. We also have the RTC challenger available in the membership and those videos are around 60 minutes long and this a an Advanced challenge so I would recommend you give it a try as well as it's a very good workout challenge I'm sure you would enjoy.
