Hi I'm a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I teach 6-8 classes per week. I know my body needs a change that's why I've decided to try this for the next month! The problem is how do I add the new workouts in while I continue to teach my classes?! And how do I adjust my food. The classes I teach I must do with them, cycling, running and lifting classes any advice?
