I did Lisa's very first real time challenge and loved it so much. I got so strong in areas that I was always weak. Then I switched my direction with my workouts, and while they were great, I am ready to come back and do the HIIT thing again. I love the effectiveness of the workouts in the shorter amount of time. Does anyone have any workouts that are their faves that you can suggest? I haven't seen the new content for a couple years so looking for something that will complement my 10K training. Thank you!
