Are the Facebook lives that Lisa just started again in sweatflix. I can't find them.

When you log into Sweatflix. You can scroll down the main page and you will see a category called recent live workouts. In there is where all the recent lives are. Hope this helps :)

Can you please put the daily live workouts that lisa and Sean do in sweatflix if you don't do them on the day they post on Facebook it would be nice to have a place to find them in seeatflix. I se some of lisa' but Sean's are not there. I pay $ 10 a month a watch mostly from Facebook since I've done Lisa longer workout series on sweatflix. Her workouts are so good and would like to have them to use for later times. Thanks

I agree with Tracy. I signed up for Sweatflix hoping that all of the Facebook LIVEs from Lisa would be here. I LOVE those workouts!!!! I have been completely committed to the old school Real Times, and these are similar and allow me to mix things up a bit. Please consider posting these.

Lisa's lives are in recent workouts under hitmax lives lisa in sweatflix they are put in sweatflix usually a day after they appear on sweatflix Sean's Facebook workouts are not in the recent lives at least I can't find them. Hopes this helps.

Where on Facebook can I find the lives?? I have sweatflix but the lives seem to be posting somewhere on Facebook for others before they are updated in lives ...thank u!

Can anyone tell me where I can find Friday 11 August live with Lisa workout. I cannot seem to find it in Sweatflix.
