Hi, I just got 30 minutes in the morning, before work, monday to friday for my workout. How should I plan my workout to get the best result?

Most of our workouts are 12 minutes long. You should start by picking one of our boot camps and giving those a try. If you find that one workout isn't enough you could even squeeze two into your 30 minute workout period :)
