Hello, I have been working out with Bodyrock for 2 months now. My weight has increased about 5 pounds. I eat clean and follow the meal plan for the most part, could I be putting on that much muscle mass? I realize I am probably at the proper weight for my height 5'4" and 115 lbs. The scale is a bit of an obsession, I should pay more attention to how my body looks and feels right? Bodyrock is exactly what I was looking for to take me to the next level of fitness, I feel incredibly stronger already!

Hi Nicole! Happy to have you on board. It's tough to say what it is just by the numbers on the scale. Do you feel stronger? Has your waist measurement reduced? Are your legs and arms more defined, with noticeable muscle? Do your clothes fit differently? Weight can fluctuate substantially in one day, so these other measurements are the ones that matter when gauging how you are doing!
