It seems to happen only after the cardio part of the Beginners workout, I feel good, even great for about two hours, then I get very nauseated, I feel like throwing up. After day one, I felt sick almost all day, I did the workout in the morning, and I only started feeling better after 9:00pm. When I did day two of the workout I felt fine, sore, but fine. So I decided to try day one again today, just to see, and, yep, I feel sick. Is this normal? Cause it is frustrating!
I wouldn't say it is normal, no! Are you doing the workouts first thing in the morning? Are you eating first or not?
