I recently saw an article that you posted about "office butt & gut" & that sitting in the same spot for 8 hours a day causes cellulite.
Can the same thing apply to those who stand for extended periods of time?
I'm a hairstylist with an 11 month old son. I didn't gain much weight, 13lbs, throughout my pregnancy. I modified BodyRock & ran up until the night I delivered. I also follow a Paleo lifestyle. I had cellulite on my rear before pregnancy, but it seemed to worsen (even though I weigh less now than before I got pregnant) after Garett was born. I got right back to BodyRocking & running as soon as I got the go ahead. But it doesn't seem to be going anywhere! I'm also still nursing the baby. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
