Hi -
I just joined and am confused as well.
It's not clear, as a beginner/intermediate, what the focus is each day in the bootcamp series because it's not written in description. I have to watch the video to know. it would be helpful if each video had a quick description of what's in video (upper body, lower body focus) and what equipment is needed before starting (you'll need 5lb weights, resistance bands, etc).
I also agree with some other posters in other threads that it would be nice to get a breakdown of the moves in a printable format.
However, I do like following along live, but maybe there's a better option to make it easier for those going to a gym who cannot watch on screen - b/c well, it's just not possible to workout and watch your phone screen at same time.
Verbal cues are so important. so are timer cues.
i.e. describing moves properly and hearing a timer go off (a simple beep) at the 30 second or 50 second mark and once the 10 seconds of rest are up would be an amazing feature... And if watching the video, you can have the timer appear in a bottom corner.
Just some tips.
And now, my questions:
The bootcamp series is great, is that all i need to do per day? The videos are so short... should I be combining with any other form of exercise or is just the one video per day enough to meet my goals of losing 10-15lbs?
