Hi guys new to bodyrock need a little help. When logining in from the SF app on my IPhone it always send a link to my email and I have to launch from there. Is that the process to login each time? Sorry if seem like a dumb question 😔

Why is that? And let's say that you guys add new videos, if I don't log out of SweatFlix will it add the new material, or will I be missing out if I don't log out every time. Will SF be an app sometime in the near future? Just curious.
Also, are there ways to get notifications when there is a new video? Thank you.
Feisty, I login with the iPhone app. Once it prompts me to login in it still send the link to my email to link in from there.

The app usually refreshes with new content, but sometimes you have to force it with a re-login on the odd occasion. We do send an email out every time we add something new to SweatFlix! Expect them every friday!
The reason for the login email is to prevent account sharing, which is a big issue in this industry!
