Just signed up and super excited. Tried out boot camp for beginners and the ab burnout today and liked it. Trying to figure out what is the best place to start. I try and run 3-4 miles 2-3 times a week so while I enjoyed beginners boot camp day one, I wasn't super challenged. I don't want to jump too far ahead but I want to get the most out of my time. I've also started a weight loss challenge with some friends and want to WIN the cash prize:). My real problem is with food but I'm working on it. I've been the same size for the past 7 years or so which is fine but I've always ran so that I could eat whatever. I'm really ready to lose about 10 lbs and want to get off on a great start. Any advice helps. Thanks.
