Has anyone had trouble with streaming on Sweatflix? Is it just my computer? It's so frustrating to have to pause during every exercise!

Good morning, Yes I'm a newbie to Sweatflix and have had issues today on D1 of working out. I've done all the recommendations in the trouble shooting. If its the same tomorrow I'm going to send a mail to see if anyone has any more ideas; defeats the whole point if I can't it to stream!

We are very sorry to hear that there are some streaming issues. One thing that I recommend if the problem persists is to make sure you have a a strong internet connection and have closed any other programs that may be taking up your computers CPU power.

If this is not part of your problem I suggest streaming the videos in a lower quality by clicking on the settings gear in the bottom right corner of the video!
